Olive Oil Pizza with Ham, Arugula, and Cherry Tomatoes

- Olive oil pizza dough
150g of cherry tomatoes, halved
100g of arugula
2 tablespoons of pesto
100g of fresh mozzarella
Slices of turkey ham
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)

 

 

Pizza Preparation

Roll out the pizza dough and spread it with pesto.

Arrange the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella on the dough.

Add slices of turkey ham and, if desired, a pinch of red pepper flakes for some heat.

Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for 10-12 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.

Once out of the oven, top with arugula and a drizzle of olive oil to finish.
